Jefferson Mays has received numerous awards for his outstanding theatrical accomplishments, including the Tony Award, Helen Hayes Award, Lucille Lortel Award, two Drama Desk Awards, two Outer Critics Circle Awards, and three Obie Awards.

The Story

On a chilly Christmas Eve, Scrooge treats his workers poorly, refuses to donate to charity, and is unpleasant to his nephew when he receives his invitation to spend the holiday with him. At home, the ghost of Jacob Marley, his old business partner, asks him to embrace humanity and the spirit of giving. Ebenezer Scrooge then gets a visit from the Ghosts of Christmases Past, Present and Future, who try to show him the error of his ways. Will Scrooge reform his attitude, or is a Christmas miracle too much to ask?
