• The theatre features a single, intimate level of seating, i.e. the Orchestra. The front two rows encircle the stage on three sides, with a runway surrounding them for an immersive experience.
• Rows beyond the runway face the stage head-on. Thanks to the theatre's compact layout, every seat offers a clear and excellent view.
• For an up-close and interactive experience, choose seats within the runway. However, the back of the auditorium also provides unobstructed and enjoyable views.

• The theatre offers step-free and wheelchair access via the entrance at East 15th Street and Union Square East. Although there are three steps into the lobby, a wheelchair ramp is available, and staff can assist.
• An elevator provides access to the basement, but this area is not wheelchair accessible. Inside the theatre, entrance into Row D is step-free, with subsequent rows accessible by a single step with handrails.
• There are three wheelchair or aisle transfer seats in Row D and two in Row A, each with a companion seat adjacent.
